Purchases made on Motoitalia.it (Prodigium®) are safe and guaranteed and can be carried out in different ways:
  1. Payment on delivery (Italy only) -Currently suspended due to Coronavirus
  2. Payment by credit card (Italy only and for web orders only)
  3. Payment by bank transfer in advance (Italy and Europe)
  4. Paypal

1) Payment on delivery (Italy only) - Currently suspended due to the Coronavirus

The payment by cash on delivery is made at the time of delivery by courier to the shipping address you have provided and has an extra charge of 6.00 Euros for cash on delivery rights.

2) Credit card payment (Only for Italy and only for online purchases)

Online transactions with Credit Card they are made directly on the Carta SI X-Pay site, through a Secure Server that adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. Nobody, not even Moto Europa, Prodigium / MotoItalia, can be aware of the codes of the credit cards used by their customers. To pay by credit card, you need to order via the internet. After confirming the order you will be redirected to the X-Pay system automatically.

3) Payment by bank transfer in advance (Italy and Europe)

PLEASE NOTE: the reason for the payment must always be indicated (example: Order n. Xxxxxx of xx / xx / xxxx) as well as the name and surname of the holder of the order.

In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order ordered by the customer will be kept busy until receipt of proof of payment of the bank transfer. The dispatch of the order will take place only when the amount due is actually credited to the current account of Moto Europa S.a.s. which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Beyond these deadlines, the order will be considered automatically canceled.
