When can I place an order?

Orders via internet and via fax can be placed by the customer on any day of the week and at any time through the website, and follow the rules better defined in the sales conditions documents and terms of payment.

Collection and transport methods

  • Store Pickup : Collect the goods you ordered at our office in Gorla Maggiore (VA) - (Where is your office?) Cost: This method does not include shipping costs. < / li>
  • Products with free shipping! : Some products have free shipping. By adding any of these products to your cart, the transport is given to you by Moto Europa !. Attention: these items in case of replacement can only be exchanged with items of the same model. This condition only applies to orders placed over the internet.
  • Express Courier : Delivery takes place (from Monday to Friday) throughout the country within the working day following the shipping day. In some locations, delivery also takes place on Saturdays. For each shipment there are two free delivery attempts. If in both cases the recipient is absent, he can make a firm deposit at the courier office closest to his home.
  • Standard Courier : Delivery takes place (from Monday to Friday) throughout the national territory within three working days following the shipping day. For each shipment there are three free delivery attempts. If in the first two cases the recipient is absent, the third can be agreed by telephone with the recipient, who can make a firm deposit at the courier office closest to his home.

Attention :

  • Delivery times are indicative and in any case to be considered valid and effective if there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses or particularly adverse weather conditions).
  • The contribution for transport, to be added to the price of the products purchased, will be calculated automatically by the system according to the weight, volume and destination of the order placed.
  • The products shipped are contained in cardboard boxes of different sizes or padded envelopes, sealed at the top with adhesive tape marked "Prodigium" - Guarantee seal. The items are well packed to avoid damage in transit.
  • Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is externally intact, not damaged or altered, even in the sealing materials (e.g. adhesive tape) and in any case in compliance with the high standard characteristics (described above) of a Moto Europa S.a.s. package. Any damage to the packaging and / or the product, or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported, placing written control reserve on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's delivery document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
